Our Fantastic Staff

Our entire staff has been carefully selected on the basis of
experience and character.  We have high expectations for our
staff.  We expect each staff member to be committed to
excellence– to develop meaningful relationships with the children
in their care, and to teach activities with enthusiasm, caring and
creativity.  This requires patience, energy, dedication and a
love for working with children.  Our counselors are positive
examples of integrity and leadership.  Their personal
appearance and good physical and emotional health reflect that
standard.

Before camp begins, a rigorous and mandatory staff training is
attended by all staff members, and daily staff meetings are held
each and every afternoon throughout the summer.  Here, we
discuss the days happenings and upcoming events.  These
meetings also serve as staff information and learning sessions.
