Welcome to the famiily of friends here at Pine Crest Day Camp! For over 50 fantastic summers, campers and counselors have joined together in a fun and supportive spirit, making summer memories worth reminiscing for years to come.
PCDC is located in northeast Ft. Lauderdale on the expansive campus of Pine Crest Preparatory School. The campus spans 49 manicured and landscaped acres, and includes 3 swimming pools, 2 football fields, softball and baseball diamonds, professional batting cages, soccer, sports, and lacrosse fields, a man-made lake, waterslides, and the exciting Adventure Tower and Rock Climbing Complex. It is here that all of our activities take place.
ages 5-11
Our youngest campers must be a full 5 years old when they begin camp at PCDC, and must submit a copy of their birth certificate or passport when enrolling. Unfortunately, children who are “almost” five will have to wait another season before enrolling.
PCDC accepts campers up to and including eleven-years-old. Children may not be older than eleven at the time they begin camp.
Children are assigned to groups or “cabins” according to the grade that they are entering school in September. Boys are placed in all-boy cabins and girls are placed in all-girl cabins. The youngest age group (age 5) will have approximately 15 to 18 children assigned per cabin with a staff of three or four members. Children who are entering grades 1-6 will have approximately 15-25 youngsters assigned per cabin and will be supervised by three staff members.

9:30 - 3:15
PCDC operates Mondays through Fridays. Our buses arrive between 9:15 and 9:30. You may deliver your car rider to our counselor greeters between 9:15 and 9:30 AM. Our cars and buses load for home beginning at 3:15.
Before and After-Care for our Playhouse 90 Program begins at 7:30 AM before camp, and runs after camp until 5:30 PM.
Our Registered Nurse and her assistant are on duty during regular camp hours and are stationed in our professionally-equipped Infirmary. All medications are dispensed from the Health Office and we encourage you to speak to our Nurse if you have any concerns regarding your child’s health or medications they may be taking.
